Description Table of Contents Description This book is a collection of four essays drawn from the Pell Honors Program held at Binghamton University. Each essay addresses contemporary issues in justice and law. The essays originated as Honors papers through the Program in Philosophy, Politics and Law (PPL) within Binghamton University’s Harpur College of Arts and Sciences. The PPL major offers a diverse liberal arts education that includes core courses in philosophy and complementary courses in history, political science, economics, and other humanities and social sciences.
